The overhead power line in the form of wire distribution network has become the main form of power transmission,the second largest in the world,the total length of our country electric power line voltage of 110 kV and above line alone more than 680000 kilometers.But due to the large range of the transmission line,complex geographical environment,natural conditions,coupled with the power transmission line and tower and the attachment long exposure in the wild,usually because of the external force,caused by the branches,high altitude objects and other objects may touch to the overhead line close to even contact transmission conductor,brings to the safe and efficient power supply many adverse effects.In addition,long-term work and after the operation,bare wire and stranded wire surface gap between extremely easy to accumulate a large amount of impurity and dust,in case of wind and rain after the weather will be shaped by the dust of dry mud flow and residual oil stains,dirt and impurities such as bird droppings are formed in the storm mud flow caused by accidental short circuit between wires,causing the power wires and short circuit,such as accident trip power accident.In order to improve the safety,reliability and stability of overhead transmission lines,it is a feasible engineering approach to apply the spray form to the distribution network wire.Economically and run that has important significance: one is through insulating paint spraying of overhead line can reduce the user's power theft,from the point of view,the safety of power grid in some necessary will bare wire insulation processing,both to ensure the safety of power supply,at the same time can reduce the low voltage electric shock accidents.But now the robot is directly related to the power line inspection robot are mainly concentrated in and deicing robot two aspects,focusing on the control system design,mechanism design and analysis and dynamic analysis of the three aspects,such as single function.Therefore,the project distribution network,in the form of bare wire,wire as the research object,aiming at automatic insulating paint spraying,ATmega128 A controller is used as main control MCU,using BL57 series brushless dc servo motor as walking motor,through the control of the motor,so as to drive the mechanical structure to achieve forward,backward,deceleration and stop operation.SM51 with wireless communication module realizes the robot and the ground base station controllers communicate information and related control instruction of sending and receiving,spray to better adapt to complicated and changeable environment,safe,stable and efficient spraying operations.Through the field test,the overhead line insulation paint spraying robot has the advantages of low power consumption,stable and reliable work,complete functions,etc.,and has a good market application prospect.
