Organizational Communication Research On Large-scale Complex Programme Based On Concurrent Engineering

Since the era of the 21 st century, with high-speed development of China’s economy, culture, science and technology, architectural engineering also increasingly reflects the characteristics of the times. Construction engineering shows the features,for example, large-scale, complexity of the project, programme, the use of emerging technologies, energy saving, environmental protection and so on; that many participants in the construction project and so much contradictions because that who represent their respective interests, the traditional organizational structure models have become increasingly no applicable, resulting communication management inefficient phenomenon in the current construction project. Frequent changes in the field of construction projects and disputes between the parties involved conflicting phenomena forcing people to pay attention and think about the status of communication management reform. This shows that large and complex engineering projects of the organizational structure of the project have higher requirements, must adopt a more scientific and effective method of implementation. This paper introduced the organizational structure of concurrent engineering theory building projects, it is desirable to design a project based on the organizational structure of the group of large and complex projects of concurrent engineering, to improve the management effectiveness of the project, the greater the value of the project realization.Concurrent Engineering theory in the manufacturing industry has made great economic benefits, experts and scholars in recent years, and many scholars have begun to consider concurrent engineering theory to the construction industry, but due to construction projects and product development and manufacturing in addition to similarities, there are also a special distinction, and therefore can not blindly copy the experience of advanced manufacturing at the time of drawing, but must proceed from the project and construction characteristics, systematic and comprehensive consideration.In this paper, the main research content and results are as follows:(1) This paper analyzes the complexity of the construction industry and other features, many communication problems analysis of large and complex projects and project group features currently exist, as well as the nature of the project communication management.(2) On the basis of the phased project communication management and hierarchical analysis, the proposed management is the essence of communication through effective management of relevant information, and then complete the project stakeholders comprehensive management to ensure timely completion of the project objectives.(3) Based on concurrent engineering theory, we discuss the lateral and longitudinal aspect of communication of large-scale complex programme. By comparing the effects of several traditional communication organizational structure analysis, we will design large-scale complex structure and analyze communication effects.(4) Through the Nanjing Youth Olympic Sports Park project’s designing and structural analysis, we analyze the superiority of the organizational structure and get the the convenience of large-scale complex programme management.
