Research On Performance Evaluation Of Highway Test And Detection Enterprises Based On Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method

With the continuous development of society and economy,the scale of transportation infrastructure continues to expand,and highway bridges are an important component of transportation infrastructure.Controlling and improving the overall quality of highway and bridge projects,shortening the construction cycle,reducing construction costs,and achieving maximum economic benefits is a topic worthy of long-term research,which is not only related to the safety of people’s lives and property,the stability of the ecological environment,but also related to the protection of resources Saving resources and improving economic and social benefits are closely related.In the entire process of design,construction,and operation of highway and bridge engineering,test and detection is an important means and plays a very important role.Therefore,how to build a performance evaluation system that is consistent with the new development concept and the requirements of high-quality development is of great significance to promote the stable and high-quality development of highway test and detection enterprises.This article first reviews the current situation of performance evaluation research in the inspection and testing industry and highway test and testing enterprises at home and abroad,taking the high-quality development of highway test and testing enterprises as the starting point,and aiming at their existing problems,proposes a four-fold performance evaluation system for highway test and testing enterprises based on the four dimensions of economic development,quality development,innovative development,and environmental development,and constructs a performance evaluation system suitable for highway test and testing enterprises.Secondly,this paper uses Analytic Hierarchy Process,AHP-improved entropy weight method,and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to test the scientificity and feasibility of the established performance evaluation system for highway test and inspection enterprises,taking T Company as the specific research object.Finally,based on the actual application of the performance evaluation system of T Company,this paper analyzes and studies the relevant indicators,and proposes a series of improvement suggestions and strategies for T Company.At the same time,it also provides some reference for the high-quality development of other highway test and detection enterprises.
