| With the progress of society and the development of road, car becomes an essential transportation. As the main connecting part between car and road, the performance of tire’s uniformity directly influences the comfort and safety of car. The testing of tire high-speed uniformity plays an important role in improving the performance of tire uniformity. The study on tire high-speed uniformity was introduced as follows:(1)3 dimensional tire multivariable mechanical model of orthogonality and non-orthogonality were established. The method of data processing and calculation of high-speed uniformity measurement was proposed.(2)The principle of tire high-speed uniformity detection was analyzed and the detection method and structure design scheme were established.(3)According to the design scheme, 3 dimensional CAD software was employed to establish the model of an tire high-speed uniformity testing machine. Detailed type selection and structure design were done from the complete machine frame structure, load wheel structure, drive and load mode and tire spindle system.(4)In order to ensure the rationality of the design structure, the modal analysis of the whole machine frame and the main axle structure of the testing machine were carried out by the Workbench module of ANSYS.(5)In response to the fact that the deficiency of currently available uniformity testing force calibration method, a design scheme of a new full scale calibration was put forward. According to the design scheme, calibration facility and correspondent calibration method design were done.In this paper, the theory support and technological direction were provided for research and development of our nation’s tire high-speed uniformity testing equipment. |
