Powder material truck automatic unloading system used in electromagnetic drive,its driving force is bigger, and the installation space is limited, these conditions determine the electromagnetic drive the improvement direction of the driving force for bigger and smaller. The performance characteristics of the electromagnetic drive mainly reflected in its driving force, response time and its size and weight. The electromagnetic drive improved research purpose is to make its driving force is bigger,smaller size, the demand of the response time to meet the requirements of electromagnetic drive installations. Size is comparatively mature design method of electromagnetic driver, but as a result of magnetic leakage is inevitable, the existing electromagnetic drive structure design has been difficult to improve its performance,need to use other methods to improve the electromagnetic drive.Magnetic fluids have the fluidity of liquid and solid magnetic material characteristics, add it to the electromagnetic drive work medium, the magnetic circuit of electromagnetic drive will reduce magnetic resistance, utilization will increase of magnetic circuit, electromagnetic drive performance will be improved to a great extent. Maxwell suction formula is used to establish the basic equation to establish the mathematical model of electromagnetic drive, mathematical model can be obtained by suction electromagnetic force and the relationship between the permeability of medium and electromagnetic force under different medium permeability along with the change of the armature displacement relationship. Electromagnetic drive can use dynamic equation to calculate the response time, the dynamics equation of consolidation can be output Matlab numerical solution to work out after armature displacement and the diagram of time, which can be concluded that the electromagnetic response time of the drive. At the same time by a similar equation of electromagnetic drive not join magnetic armature displacement and the diagram of time, can compare the electromagnetic drive with magnetic performance difference.Using finite element analysis software Ansys, the finite element parametric analysis was carried out on the electromagnetic drive. For other parameters of the same electromagnetic drive, when the medium between the armature and yoke iron magnetic permeability is not at the same time, solving the response of the suction size,to review the results of numerical calculation. Optimization design of electromagnetic drive its volume as the objective function, after the electromagnetic force and the magnetic induction intensity formula derivation, establish its mathematical model ofoptimization design volume, using the grid search method to optimize the size of the electromagnetic drive structure.Through the numerical simulation of electromagnetic drive with magnetic and finite element analysis, it is concluded that join permeability, relative to the air more magnetic suction of electromagnetic drive will increase dramatically, the same output power of the addition of magnetic electromagnetic actuator compared with traditional electromagnetic drive has less number of turns of the coil, thus the device size is reduced, but the electromagnetic drive to join the magnetic action time is longer, the structure is more complex. After the optimization design of electromagnetic drive that can meet the performance requirements, and to comply with the optimization design of the smallest criterion.
