Study On Maturity Evaluation Of BIM Applications In Building Construction Stages

With the progress of science and technology and the revolution of productivity,through the evolution theory and practice, Building information modeling(BIM) is widely concerned by domestic and foreign experts and scholars and enterprises and a big revolution of construction industry guided by BIM has begun. United States, Japan and other developed countries practice theory and technology of BIM ongoing, to promote the construction industry information, improve the construction industry labor production efficiency, and create more social and economic benefits.The development of BIM is in the primary stage of development in our country, and the enthusiasm is very high, but the speed is slow.This paper establishes the construction stage BIM application maturity appraisal model and carries on the appraisal to the construction stage BIM application maturity. It can assess BIM using maturity level of current project, clear the direction of future development, promote the development of BIM application in construction stage, thus indirectly provide the direction of exploration to improve the BIM development of construction industry.This paper puts forward the classification of evaluation indexes of construction stage, and establishes the evaluation index system, uses the analytic hierarchy process(AHP) and the method of questionnaire to determine evaluation index weights. It divides evaluation index and construction stage BIM application maturity level based on the CMM theory, establishes BIM application maturity evaluation model of construction stage,and verifies its usefulness by cases.
