| This paper is based on an optimizing project of auto clutch releasing system operated by both some company and LUK. Aiming at the problems in this releasing system which existed in tentative manufacturing process of 2.0L car of MT, the related testing method is summarized and the optimization is developed according to its principle and ergonomics. From a design perspective, the research of testing optimizing method of this clutch releasing system is conducted, so as to provide references for further design of clutch releasing system.There are five parts in this paper including the following contents.1. Making an introduction about the source and background of this research as well as the constructional principle of clutch releasing system. The main research contents are raised against the problems in a particular type of clutch releasing system.2. The assessing criterion is determined by the performance of clutch releasing system. Then analyzed the critical fact effected the system in both functional construction and basic opponents, thus laid a foundation for testing and optimization.3. Testing is conducted in aspects of hydraulic parts, footboard characteristics, vehicles matching and coordinate of critical position in pedal box. These tests provided prelude for optimization and proposed a validating method for the final optimization.4. Optimizing objectives are established according to the distinctive requirements of particular fraction in releasing system. Optimize aspects are established based on testing results of the initial state. After the simulation and optimization, optimizing proposals on clutch force are obtained as well as on hydraulic system, booster spring and pedal box.5. This optimizing proposal is vindicated through bench experiment and vehicles test, and further improvements are given. |
