| Condensing gas stove is a way to take advantage of the heat of the fuel equipment, it break to prevent condensation of water vapor in the flue gas of a conventional stove design requirements, it’s exhaust gas temperature can be maximize lower, the thermal efficiency of low calorific value calculated according to the to more than 100%.This paper focuses on condensing gas stove indoors runtime system condensing heat exchanger performance testing, energy analysis, measuring indoor environmental parameters and energy consumption, analysis of different environmental comfort conditions and energy consumption, and found cabinet air-conditioned comfort of the indoor environment and economic energy of comparison.This research of condensing gas stove recommend optimum set temperature is 20 ℃; when the condensing heat exchanger flue gas temperature dropped to 35 ℃ ~ 45 ℃, theoretically lower thermal efficiency to 107% to 109%, the actual on can be increased to 105% ~ 107%; the actual condensation rate with the exhaust gas temperature trends with the theoretical condensation rate is consistent with the exhaust gas temperature trends, but at the same exhaust gas temperature, the actual condensation rate is slightly less than the theoretical condensation rate; dynamic thermal efficiency and condensing the condensation rate is slightly larger than the steady-state rate. In the energy efficiency comparison, condensing gas stove can be obtained in time(≥4h) continuous operation of energy-saving advantage is obvious.In stove operation, the indoor comfort parameters can meet the standard requirements, but most cabinet air indoor environment not up to standard requirements, The hot stove indoor PMV index were between-0.5~-0.5, but cabinet air heating indoor environmental cooler, it indoor and vertical temperature blow PD risk than air-conditioning tank is low; on the other hand, condensing stove cabinet air run compared to more than 11 h, its investment compared to traditional stove when running more than 4h payback period of less than 10 years, comparatively speaking,it have better economic energy efficiency. |
