Research And Development Of Energy Efficient Condensing Boilers

Condensing boiler has many advantages, such as high heat efficiency, energy saving and low pollutant emission. Condensing boiler has got a lot of research and application in foreign countries, and also has got attentions in our country. However in condensing boiler, the main fuel is gas whose combustion products are water and carbon dioxide, so the exhaust smoke temperature can be reduced. Latent heat of vaporization can obtain full use to save energy and also increase thermo efficiency of boiler.Refer to the related literature at home and abroad, and according to the energy development in our country, condensing gas boiler of high efficiency and energy saving should be developed, because natural gas is a cleaner raw material. First make correlative combustion calculation about natural gas, analyze components of smoke, and content of components. Measures at home and abroad a variety of flue gas condensation is discussed, and discussed the different types of air preheater and economizer condensation heat transfer equipment, Respectively, economizer and air preheater with the method of cooling the flue gas; only within the threaded outer fins cast iron air preheater flue gas condensing cooling method; with finned tube economizer and enamel spiralfinned tube economizer flue gas condensation method; these three programs were compared and analyzed. The latter two options have their respective advantages,Then, design the structure of boiler furnace, and determine detailed structure of boiler according to relative calculation; Finally, design and select condensing gas boiler auxiliary equipment, and make technical and economic analyze of the design.Through the above work’s development and implementation, this paper showed that this design of the condensing gas boiler, compared with traditional boiler has advantages that high thermal efficiency, economical, small pollutants. It truly played a saving energy and reducing the effect of increasing efficiency. This design scheme for the boiler design has practical significance.
