The heating of solar greenhouses in alpine areas has always been a hot spot for research by experts at home and abroad.In recent years,biomass boilers,as an energy conversion equipment,have been widely used in industrial and civil heating.Biomass energy is a renewable,low-cost,clean and environmentally friendly energy source.The use of medium and small-scale biomass hot blast stoves as heating equipment can effectively solve problems such as energy shortage and environmental pollution.At present,the domestic biomass hot blast stove production process has been relatively mature,but the degree of automation of the control system is not high,there are problems such as untimely temperature adjustment,low thermal efficiency,remote monitoring and adjustment,and less experience in control and operation regulation that can be learned,so that biomass hot blast stove can not be well applied and promoted.In this paper,taking biomass hot blast stove as the research object,the control strategy of biomass hot blast stove is proposed by analyzing the multivariate coupling characteristics of biomass pellet combustion process,and the control system of biomass hot blast stove is studied and designed.The main work content and achievements achieved in this paper are as follows:(1)The design requirements for the control system of biomass hot blast stoves are put forward through the analysis of the structure,working process and combustion characteristics of existing biomass hot blast stoves.According to the composition and characteristics of the control system,the entire control system is divided into three subsystems: outlet temperature control system,flue gas oxygen content control system and stove pressure control system,and the specific control loop of the three subsystems is designed.(2)According to the overall scheme of the biomass hot blast stove control system,the PLC control system design of the biomass hot blast stove was completed.This design is implemented by Siemens S7-300 PLC,and the hardware part includes the selection and configuration of PLC,the selection of sensors and actuators,and the design of communication schemes;The software part completes the software design of the PLC control system and the design of the human-computer interaction monitoring interface.The overall structure of the system software design is determined,the flowchart is given,and the control interface is designed on the touch screen using the Win CC configuration software.(3)Optimized by the particle swarm optimization(PSO),BP neural network PID algorithm,which is suitable for biomass hot blast furnace temperature control system,was designed,and the step response comparison simulation of conventional PID controller,neural network PID controller and PSO-BP neural network PID controller was completed.(4)The joint venture built the biomass hot blast stove control system and carried out system test,which verified the correctness and feasibility of the hardware and software design of the biomass hot blast stove automatic control system.
