In modern society, people not only pay attention to the lighting, but also, people begin to pay attention to how to use it more efficiently and effectively. In recent years, with the continuous advance of China’s urbanization development, more and more high-rise buildings is built, the corresponding energy consumption problem is becoming more and more serious. In the building energy consumption, building lighting occupies nearly 25% of the energy consumption of the whole building, Second only to air conditioning. Conventional office building interior lighting system is the cable wiring, the switch mode is manual, the lamp is fluorescent lamp, There are many disadvantages such as low lighting efficiency, difficulty in supervision, low level of intelligent lighting, etc...And people’s awareness of energy saving is weak, these factors caused a great waste of energy. With the rise of the Internet of things, more and more scholars connect Internet of things with the lighting.Firstly, the research background and significance of the lighting control system are introduced; the domestic and international research status is analyzed. Then, the ZigBee technology, LED dimming technology and other related technologies are introduced. Then, this paper designs and implements a set of lighting control system for the research object of a building based on the optimization model of the lighting control strategy algorithm. In this lighting control system, the system requirements analysis, the overall structure design and software and hardware design are given. In this paper, Data collection module sends date to the server module through the light sensor, infrared sensors. The server module calculates the light illumination which is needed by the lighting control strategy algorithm, and then sends the calculation data to the lighting control module. The lighting lamp control module adjusts the brightness of the light, and the data display module displays the data and the state of the lamps in the form of a graph.Finally, the overall function test and performance test of the lighting control system are carried out. The test results show that the lighting control system can save energy without affecting the lighting effect.
