As a kind of underground pipeline construction technology, trenchless technology has widely applied in the crossing of roads, buildings, environmental protection area which are not allowed or inconvenience excavation condition of the pipe laying, repair and evaluation in engineering construction. In recent years, the rapid development of China’s new urbanization and the start of sponge city construction plan promote the construction of the underground pipe network, the application of trenchless technology in all aspects of the construction of the underground pipeline network will also be more widely.Horizontal spiral drilling technology, as a kind of trenchless pipe laying technology of small caliber pipeline, is widely used in the construction of trenchless pipeline because of its simple construction technology, low cost, high-efficient environmental protection. However, horizontal spiral drilling equipment, long-term dependence on imports, its guidance systems also rely mainly on the micro-tunneling technology, expensive construction cost, complex operation and orientation precision of the system controlled by others. Based on the above, this paper proposes a horizontal spiral drilling intelligent optical guiding system, in order to solve the horizontal spiral drilling equipment oriented cost, improve the horizontal spiral drilling efficiency, improve the guidance system of the guidance precision and the intelligent level, make a contribution to the construction of urban underground pipeline network.On the basis of consulting and analyzing the latest research progress of horizontal spiral drilling equipment and horizontal spiral drilling technology. This paper proposes an optical imaging guidance method and all kinds of horizontal spiral drilling construction technology, completed a set of economy guidance system, test and verify the feasibility and stability of the system through indoor experiment and construction. The guidance system can effectively solve the problem of the cost, but there are still some problems such as the target is dim in long distance guidance, the drilling process needs the manual focus, and the intelligence degree is low. In view of many problems in optical imaging guidance method, this paper carries out the following intelligent guidance system designation, and the system consists of intelligent guidance oriented target, algorithms, embedded application software and mechanical structure. In a word, the optimization design of the intelligent guidance system can meet the horizontal spiral drilling construction.1) Optimization and design of intelligent guiding targetAccording to the analysis of indoor experiment and construction test results, the main factors that affect the optical imaging guiding effect are the brightness of the light source, the color of the light source, the light of the light source and the distribution of the light source on the target. In view of these influence factors design contrast experiment, the intelligent guiding light target with 18 lights is designed by comparing the observation results of the guiding light target under different dependent variables. The advantages of the design of 18 light guide light targets are verified by experiments.2) Research on intelligent guidance algorithmThis paper presents a set of intelligent guidance algorithm which has the functions of image acquisition, image preprocessing, image enhancement, image blur, image segmentation, orientation, angle measurement, deviation detection, and the guidance algorithm can meet the requirements of drilling construction through the analysis of the results of the processing of the guide image. Finally, the paper summarizes the basic laws of the focus of the theodolite through the focusing experiment, and puts forward a solution to realize the automatic focusing of the theodolite by stepping motor.3) Development of embedded application software based on intelligent guidanceIn order to follow the trend of the portable and miniaturization of the intelligent guide system, this paper is based on the research of intelligent guidance algorithm and combined with the characteristics of embedded system selects the development platform of intelligent embedded application software out rationally, and developed the PC offline detection software based on the platform, and the software worked well.4) Mechanical structure design of intelligent guidance systemThe intelligent guide system is designed by the analysis of the mechanical structure of the existing guide system and the requirement of the mechanical structure design of the intelligent guide system. This platform can realize the automatic focusing, the guidance system’s fixed, the system fine adjustment, the instrument in the three axial rotation, the X/Y direction smooth movement, then it can satisfy the intelligent guidance system to the mechanical structure request in theory,To sum up, the paper study the system intensively from the horizontal spiral drilling intelligent optical guiding system, the theoretical analysis, experimental verification, system optimization and design. The intelligent guide system can effectively solve the problems of low efficiency and high cost of economic.
