Trenchless technology since1896in the United States, the development has beenmore than a century. The trenchless technology especially considerable attention inrecent years on the development of drilling technology, but in the domestic nonexcavation technology started late, and foreign countries especially advanced countriesthere is a big gap compared, scientific experiment and research the corresponding arestill in the initial stage. Steering drilling technology with wide applicability, highconstruction precision, and can solve the technical difficulties in some sections throughthe obstacles, in the nineteen eighties early gradually by the introduction of domestic,but basically applied in the small bore pipe cable laying.With the rapid development of our economy, the municipal sewage pipeline in theprocess of construction is faced more and more is needed to cross the road, river andother obstructions or narrow space, poor geological conditions and other traditionalexcavation pipeline laying construction method is difficult to solve the problem. Inorder to solve this problem, began to have some successful experiences of the sewagepipeline project reference guide drilling laying communication, power lines, try layingtrenchless used in drainage pipeline in.Firstly, by analyzing the necessity of application of technology in drilling sewagepipeline, determine the research goal and its significance. The directional drillingtechnology and traditional technology to make detailed contrast in the aspects oftechnology, construction method, the cost in the process of research, on the feasibilityanalysis of the technical and economic characteristics and applications.In this paper, aiming at the characteristics of guiding drilling technology applied to the sewage pipeline laying in, through the guide bit mechanics analysis to study theguided boring trajectory design and control. In addition to the steering drillingtechnology effectively applied to sewage pipeline laying, comparative analysis todetermine the selection of technical parameters of pipe and special requirements, andestablished the mechanical model of pulling back type pipe laying technology in sewagepipe laying in the application feasibility. And according to the characteristics of thesewage pipe on the core problem of technology, quality were studied.The research results of this paper drilling technology applied to water flowrequirements oriented (control of elevation and slope which have higher requirements)of the municipal sewage pipeline, especially provides a reference basis for successfulapplication of the sewage pipe laying tube diameter of400~600mm, provides a newchoice for the sewage pipe laying mode.
