Remanufacturing industry is a great project. The study about disassembling interface is a part of the project,which is very important. And studying interface before disassembling, can extend the content of interface study and push remanufacturing industry forward a comprehensive and healthy development.The background and development tendency of remanufacturing industry is based on, the paper is accomplished along two lines-configuration of surface which is fitted intrusively and model-damaged.In module of analyzing configuration of surface, with the help of theory of stress-strain under the condition of interferential fit, Three conclusion,maximum deformation where an impeller and an axle are fitted intrusively, maximum stress which appears on the edge of a wheel hub,stress which distributes along a circumference uniformly,are drew by analyzing global distribution of stress-strain and force condition of contact interface between an impeller and an axle with the help of a software of finite element analysis which analyzes different magnitude of interference.In module of model-damaged, evolution mechanism of elastic-plastic under the condition of contact interface is introduced in detail by analyzing micro-buige-contacted,and the wearing model coefficient-K used to measure pre-wear on surfaces is presented basied on the concept of magnitude of plastic deformation by one step,and if the distance between surfaces is less than 50 nm, the wearing model coefficient will leap more guickly, the wear after disassembling interface will also become more serious.Other aspects, designing simulation experiment about disassembling interface based on wearing model coefficient, analyzing feature of surfaces-worn from the perspective of normal load,concluding the change of friction coefficient under different loads, analyzing surfaces-worn in detail by choosing the key surface parameters,is researched in this paper.The latter part of Chapter Four research on a variety of changes in surface topography parameters and obtain that Sv, Sq, Smc plan important role in surface wear.
