The disassembly is an important link of remanufacturing of mechanical equipment.It is a prerequisite for the remanufacturing of used mechanical products,and also a key factor affecting the quality and efficiency of remanufactured products.In this paper,taking the impeller and spindle of large centrifugal compressor as the research carrier,the methods of finite element simulation and regression analysis are used to research the spindle bending deformation in thermal difference dismantling.The heat transfer mechanism of the impeller and the spindle connected with large interference in the process of thermal difference dismantling is analyzed,and the finite element model of impeller and spindle is established,and the boundary parameters required for temperature field analysis are determined in this paper.By the finite element simulation,the effect of heating at different positions on the impeller are analyzed and compared,and the wheel hub is determined to be the optimum heating position.By the finite element simulation,the bending deformation of spindle with uneven heating is analyzed.According to the orthogonal table,the bending of spindle in the different heating time,heating temperature and spindle thermal expansion coefficient is calculated under the condition of uneven heating.Got the importance order of each factor for the bending of spindle by range analysis,and the regression equation of the bending deformation of the spindle is established;the influence of each factor on the bending deformation of the spindle is analyzed.The influence of the degree of uneven heating and the magnitude of interference on the bending deformation of the spindle are analyzed,and the results show that the greater the degree of uneven heating,the greater the bending amount of the spindle,and the magnitude of interference doesn’t affect the bending amount of the spindle directly.By the method of jumping heating cyclically and gradually,the temperature field variation of the impeller and the spindle during the rotating heating process and the bending deformation of spindle with rotating heating are analyzed.The influence of the rotating heating on the bending deformation of the spindle is analyzed,and the results show that spindle almost have no bending under the condition of rotating heating.
