Calculation Method Of Heat Deviation And Special Study To Wall Temperature For Super-Heater System Of Large Capacity Boiler

This paper analyzes the cause and the distribution pattern of heat deviation of the superheater system in the large capacity boiler. Based on our scientific researchers'production about the flow deviation along axis of the box and the radiant heat deviation in the same board, and referencing "the Sovient standard of thermal calculation method"and "the standard of China of the boiler hydrodynamics circulation (JB/Z20 1-83)" this paper perfects the general calculation method of heat deviation and wall-temperature. The method makes a round consideration on the flow and heat-absorption deviation along furnace width, along the same board and deviation of smoke temperature along furnace height, etc. The paper also programs the computer procedure and makes an actual calculation . The results show that this method is accurate and rapid and it can be used on the optimizing design or accidental diagnosis of superheater system.
