From ninghai power plant 1000MW ultra-supercritical unit, we studied configuration what has been put into production and construction of the feed water pump of 1000MW ultra-supercritical unit, analyzes electric pump unit configuration in initial investment and start, stop, and normal maintenance phase of the economic advantage, cancel the pumps on the unit operation mode brought about by the changes, at the same time from the steam feed pump available coefficient, non-stop coefficient, the cause of the problem, demonstrates the reliability of the steam feed pump.In addition, combining the actual progress of ninghai power plant 1000MW unit, the steam feed pump, feed water bypass valve and recirculation control valve,and other important running equipment and related characteristics of the valve, successful mainly includes steam feed water pump speed flow characteristic test, the bypass valve switch test, feed water bypass valve flow characteristic test, steam pump recirculation control valve characteristic test, the flow test of the water pump running at low speed, the steam pump load characteristic test, single steam pump output biggest experiment, the steam source switch test at low pressure, etc.Finally, further study of the boiler in three different stages of the feed water control strategy and feed water pump turbine control system, realized automatic feed water in startup, at the same time success RB test and load rejection test.Thus finally verified the unit configuration with two steam pump can satisfy the unit start-up and accident cases.
