Residential college is a community providing a wide range of facilities, organizing instructors and students living and learning together effectively. It is first originated in England, and developed in United States, Hong Kong and other countries. Development of residential college is a localization process. With rapid development of Chinese higher education, construction of student community has become a rigid demand. There is a big gap between domestic current dormitories and foreign residential college.
