| Safety is the eternal theme in the research of international relations, as the promotion of China’s sea power strategy and construction of the "21 century maritime silk road", Marine safety has aroused extensive attention in academic circles. Sea-lane Security is the critical part of Marine safety.The sea-lane security has a critical influence on China’s economic development, political stability and citizen’s living insurance. China’s maritime strategy channels mainly distributed in the waters between China and Southeast Asian countries. In recent years, the south China sea issue is on the rise, let us deeply aware of the sea is not safe.The first part is the introduction part of the article, mainly explain the purpose of my choice, significance, research methods and research status at home and abroad.The second part mainly on the "channel", "sea channel", "maritime strategy passage", "security" and other relevant concepts defined, summarized the relevant theories of "safe" results, further analyzes the choice of the theoretical basis and practical basis.The third part mainly describes the generalization of sea lanes between China and the association of ASEAN, including the strait of Malacca,Lombok strait, the Sunda strait, the South China sea and Taiwan strait maritime strategy passage of geographical location,transportation is extremely strategic significance.The fourth part mainly from two fields:the traditional security and non-traditional security threats to the sea passage between China and ASEAN are analyzed. Pointed out that the area not only face traditional security issues such as sovereignty dispute, also faced the pirates, sea, maritime crime and terrorism non-traditional security issues such as natural disasters at sea.The The fifth part mainly based on different sea lanes facing security threats factors, put forward the corresponding sea channel security, such as in the Taiwan strait channel security mainly face the "Taiwan independence" forces and factors involved in two big threat in the United States, in this paper, adhere to the "one China" principle, to avoid war on both sides, so as to maintain the channel security. Also, the relationship with China and the United States, to control their differences and establish new power relations of China and the United States. In view of the south China sea channel security problems, this article mainly from the building security mechanism and eliminate outside power intervention to explore solutions. Southeast Asia sea channel security threats are faced with both traditional security factors, at the same time also faced non-traditional security factors such as piracy and the threat of terrorism on the sea, the author proposed the corresponding construction between China and asean security mechanism and in the fight against piracy and maritime terrorism to strengthen cooperation to explore aspects of cooperation. |
