China continues to accelerate the pace of economic development. It’s also a wide range of growth in fixed assets investment, which reinforces the construction industry in the national economy in the support position. Recalling the historical data, construction added value with 13.82 billion Yuan in 1978; developing to 4.4725 trillion Yuan in 2014. Construction industry added value continued to occupy about 5% to 6% of GDP, with a significant effect as pivotal role of the industry. Booming construction market leads increasingly fierce completion between construction enterprises. To seek survival and development, there is some unhealthy competition, thus increasing the risk of debt and reduced profitability. The expanding scale of construction project increases the risk of contracting construction; construction enterprises in the construction phase due to management out of control, increasing the risk of quality, cost, etc. Because of the scientific and technological progress, the enterprise rises requirements for construction and management level. The number of all types of domestic and foreign construction enterprise surge, with fierce competition of construction field. Aiming at the development of severe internal and external situation of construction industry’, how to enhance the level of construction project management and comprehensive strength, has become a problems to be solved urgently. PMBOK highly summarized project management experience, with an international recognition, which widely used in various fields of project management in recent years. It is theoretically significant and practically valuable for us to know how to apply PMBOK into the project construction management process, improve the level and quality of the construction project management, so as to improve the competitiveness of enterprise.The dissertation applied systematic theoretical analysis, taking construction management as an integrated and interconnected system, combing existing PMBOK application experience in all area of the project and using a combination of qualitative and quantitative research methods. PMBOK theory as framework foundation, re-summarize important category in project management system, putting the spatial dimension thought into the process of building management system framework, reconstruction an efficient and double-way (enterprise and projects) applicable construction project system. The dissertation comprehensively analyzes the theory of project management and PMBOK. Then based on PMBOK theory, combine the latest applied studies case and research results in domestic and abroad, and the relevant regulation of project construction management, for example how to build a four-dimensional structure of the construction project management system for research. Take the example of Huangjia project management, via field research, studied the construction project management implementation process, and then use the value of the improved four-earned value by establishing a work package model, schedule, quality, cost, those three elements of management analysis. Finally focus on schedule, cost, quality, risk of Huangjia construction project management system to do analysis and summary effect. After research and analysis to obtain the established construction project management system can effectively solve the contradictions and problems to the actual construction of the project, bring benefits to all aspects of the actual construction of the project objectives. The established construction project management system in theory and practice is reasonable and scientific, with significant meaning for the similar large-scale integrated industrial construction project.The dissertation for how to further regulate the system, how to ensure the applicability of the system in different area and improve the management method failure specifically addressed.
