| With the overall reform of electric power system and the gradual opening of electricityconstruction market, the original electricity construction pattern has been broken. Electricityconstruction enterprises are facing with increasingly intense market competition, increasedrequirements by owners and other problems, whereas the electricity construction enterprises wasmostly founded in the planned economy era and grew in economic era, showing some discrepancywith the market demand in their inherent management modes. To get adapt to the market andactualize sustainable development, it is critical to do a good job in project management and rapidlyenhance the construction bearing capacity of enterprises. Only by seeking for the internal law ofproject management, then it is possible to enhance enterprises’ management level through effectivemanagement approaches and reach high efficiency and profit in management. This is also the basisfor healthy and sustainable development of enterprises.Through research and analysis of the actuality of the electricity construction companies, thispaper has pointed out the importance of innovation of electricity construction company in projectmanagement. First of all, by swot analysis, electricity construction industry is analyzed. Accordingto the operation status and strategic positioning of some electricity construction companies, themain organizational structure, operation mechanism, cost and technical innovation of currentelectricity construction companies are summarized. Then taking two electric power conveyanceconstruction projects in the same area as an example, centered by economic profit, insisting to theresearch focus of "enhancing construction carrying capability, actualizing core resource unifiedmanagement and engineering management overall synergy", this paper creatively designs a projectmanagement flow which consists of multi-dimensional cross-regional organizations structure andoverall Synergy as well as project management system based on integration of overall guarantee.Moreover, to address the weakness in construction management in the past, some simple andfeasible management measures of regional management, large-scale construction, standardizedoperation","node management and control along the whole construction process, and "one card forworker" etc. are came up with. Finally, the implementation effect is analyzed and assessed fromfour perspectives. It has been proved that through unified management, the similar projects in theneighboring region were managed as a package, accordingly enhancing project management level,actualizing overall arrangement and assignment of team and tools, realizing reasonable arrangementof work flows. Thereby the construction risk is reduced, while the project quality and workschedule are guaranteed, finally resulting in enhancement of enterprises’ operation earnings. It isexpected that this research has some reference and guidance value for the enhancement of electricpower construction enterprises’ project management level. |
