New town is a microcosm of large-scale construction of rapid urbanization in the past decade, especially in the eastern coastal developed areas, "construction of the new town, evacuation of the old city" has become the important measures for urban spatial expansion. Review the planning and construction of new town, centralized "central green space" has become an important way and component of the construction of the new city open space, and has been imitated for others across the country. As a specific and closely tied area in the city, the central green space and its surrounding land play an important role in the process of new town development. Through reviewing relevant researches and combing the developmental course of the central green space, we can find that the central green space of efficiency is not only related to the design layout of green space itself, more there is a close contact with the surrounding land. They both interact with each other in terms of space, function, activities, showing a "coupling interaction" relationship. So how to effectively improve the positive interaction effect of central green space and the surrounding land and the vitality of new town construction, is worthy of attention of new issues in the construction. Thus, this paper set up a research framework based on spatial coupling theory angle, to carry out the analysis of the new city central green land to interact with the surrounding land, it has good theoretical and application value.Based on developed areas of South Jiangsu, the paper combines with the historical rev iew of the construction of South Jiangsu New Towns and relative theories, establishes eval uation model of the coupling for central park green space and the surroundings, and condu cts interactive research on the central green space and the surrounding land use from three aspects: spatial form, spatial interaction and spatial use. Firstly, the paper combines with th e field research to further screen the specific indicators of each level, and through the AHP analytic hierarchy process and expert scoring method to determine the weight of each index and evaluates the degree of coupling. Secondly, the paper selects " central park of Suzho u Industrial Park, central park of Changzhou New District and central green of Wuxi Taihu new town†as empirical research which represent three stages of the development of the ce ntral green space, and further checks the measure of the specific index and gets the confirm ation of the actual situation. Finally, the paper summarizes factors affecting the coupling of central green land and surrounding land, and pertinently puts forward planning and design countermeasures, in order to provide effective reference and reference for the current plan ning and construction of new town.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1) Divide the development of the central green space of the new city into three stages from the time dimension according to the change of form and function characteristics. And summarize their respective characteristics from the angle of history and the spatial evolution.(2) Screen out nine indicators from three aspects of spatial form, spatial interaction, spatial using levels, and establish a new set of central green land and the surrounding land coupling evaluation model.(3) Select three typical cases for empirical research, summarize the characteristics and problems of different types of central green space, and check the existence of these problems through the calculation of the specific indexes of the coupling evaluation model.(4) Summarize the factors that affect the coupling degree between the central green land and the surrounding land use of the new town as four aspects: boundary, function, traffic and service level, then put forward the corresponding planning and design strategies for each factor. |
