Ever since our country started "Construction Project BOQ Pricing Rules", there have been twice adjustments in 2008 and 2013. Accordingly, comparing to the former fixed pricing model, the project cost management pattern used by construction enterprises from project bidding, construction, to final account of projects has changed a lot too. These changes require enterprises to reconsider cost control method from new point of view.This thesis will take the cost management of project management theory as main research theory referring to the cost structure of BOQ pricing rules, the construction cost controlling process and method of A warehouse expansion project will be introduced basing on the earned value index system. The contents include setting the cost control target; setting and optimizing target cost control basis; principle of cost control; earning value analysis of each reporting timing and deviation rectification of each stage for A warehouse expansion project. A warehouse expansion project cost control process is both qualitative and quantitative for analyzing cost control problems effectively and raising reasonable solution. The last part is the completion forecast of this project by Monte Carlo methods.While applying earned value method to A warehouse expansion project, cost control basis is optimized and critical path and non-critical path are analyzed to make the deviation analysis more accurate, scientific and easy to use. This thesis can be referred by similar projects for founding and using the cost control system.
