As the social economy development, the process of urbanization carry forward, traffic congestion is rising. To seek for the way out of the city traffic congestion problem, most of the city use public transport as its traffic development strategy. The fundamental purpose of developing public transport preferentially is to improve structure of trip mode, making more citizen choose public transport. For attracting more citizen, in addition to the bus accessibility and convenience, what more important is the reliability, stability and efficiency. Only a deep understanding of dynamic impact factors effect mechanism on the reliability, stability and efficiency, then we can grasp the key to improve the level of bus service from the source. So, studying impact factors especially traffic demand, signal control and driving behavior effect mechanism on the reliability, stability and efficiency have Important significance, it will improve the structure of trip mode, effectively alleviate the urban traffic congestion.The paper based on the physical isolation closed without interference bus-only lanes, run the service level (reliability, stability and efficiency) as the research target, use the Integration, Probability Theory and simulation as the method, to research impact factors especially traffic demand, signal control and driving behavior effect mechanism on the reliability, stability and efficiency from micro Angle which bus runs between the two sites. The main research results are as follows. 1. Research on the mechanism of reliability. Dock the relationship model betweenthe arrive station interval and stop time, intersection delay, between stop time and the number of passengers getting on or off, between intersection delay and signal cycle, split; then it is concluded that integrated reliability model, Dock control time and intersection delay and use matlab to get the diagram of reliability and the number of passengers getting on or off, signal cycle, split. Conclusions are as follows:(1)The number of passengers getting on or off impact on reliability is in stages, when it is just more than expectation, the impact on the reliability degree is biggest, the number of passengers getting on or off add, reliability become low; (2) With the increase of signal cycle, the lower reliability is, increase split than can improve the reliability, thus set up a bus priority signal or bus green light in advance can obviously improve reliability; (3) the intersection delay impact on the reliability degree is greater than the stop time, get on the bus passenger is bigger than the influence on the reliability than the passengers, the split than reliability degree of influence is greater than the signal cycle.2. Research on the mechanism of stability. Based on two aspects, one is to establish the relationship between the driver’s reaction time and acceleration model, the other is to establish a Bayesian formula to analyze the three state of the bus at the intersection. The main conclusions:(1) the reaction time in [1,1.5), the passengers’comfort, stability is good; the reaction time in [1.5,2.2), perceived passengers more comfortable, stable in general; the reaction time in the [2.2,3.0), passengers perceived discomfort, poor stability; (2) the bus entered the intersection may be no parking is 0.158 probability that is the probability of incomplete parking is 0.007, the probability of full stop is 0.835, with the intersection of split increases, the bus at the intersection did not appear to increase the probability of parking, parking state to reduce, improve the ratio of green, possibility of bus through the intersection the increase.3.Research on mechanism of operation efficiency. Select the interval speed between sites as the quantization factor, dock the regression model between the number of passengers getting on or off, signal cycle, split, the use SPSS regression analysis. The conclusions are as follows:(1)as for passengers and increase the number of passengers on the train, running speed decreases, but the decreasing trend gradually slow; (2)with split increasing the speed increases, it means that the increase of split can improve the operation efficiency, set the bus signal priority will greatly enhance the operating efficiency; (3)relative to the passengers, the passengers on the train, and split influence the operating efficiency of the signal cycle is not significant.
