The manufacture and reliable operation of the equipment are of great significance to the development of national economy and an important foundation for the development of the national economy.In the background of "Made in China 2025" strategic plan,China's equipment manufacturing enterprises are on the stage of servitization transformation.However,in terms of the dynamic distributed equipments,the operating area change,the equipments' structure is complex,the service tasks are always urgent and the utilization rate of data are quite low.Traditional O&M service mode and method cannot meet the requirement of high service efficiency and quality.The methods and technologies of O&M service are in urgent need of innovation and breakthrough.In this paper,the dynamic distributed equipments cluster is the object of study.Aiming at the problems existing in the O&M service,the key technologies of O&M service support database,the decision-making of O&M service tactics and the support technology for fault solution,are presented and researched.An O&M service support system for agricultural machinery equipment is developed and it provides reference for the research of related fields.Firstly,mainenance service tactics are researched.An approach of maintenance means desicion-making based on Grey Desicion-making and an approach based on improved Grey Model for predicting maintenance time are proposed for the purpose of determining the maintenance tactics and time.Secondly,an equipment fault solution support technology based on decision tree and case-based reasoning is presented to solve the problems of the low intelligentization in maintenance and low knowledge accumulation in equipment enterprises.Then,aiming at the problem of low data utilization rate in equipment O&M service,the O&M service support database is proposed and designed,which integrates and organizes product life cycle data as the basis of O&M service support key technology system.Finally,on the basis of the above-mentioned key technology research,this paper designs and develops the agricultural machinery equipment O&M service support system with the example of agricultural machinery equipment,realizes the functions of task management,fault resolution support,O&M knowledge management and online learning.
