The Analysis And Research Of Saibao Leisure Farm’s Interior Design

With the development of social economic and the construction of urban and rural areas, people are surrounded by the tall concrete buildings, fast pace, polluted air and noises. So there is a great demand of the distinctive leisure farms with beautiful environment, harmonious constructions, profound cultural deposits and fancy decorations. According to the former research of the agritainment, holiday resorts and rural tourism around Yiyang, We found that the interior and exterior design of these places is not only lack in design specifications and principles but in scale and overall planning, similar in form but lack of co-ordination arrangements.Yiyang "Saibao Farm" is located at the foot of Huilong Mountain, which is a famous attraction that has the atmosphere of Buddhism. This paper focuses on the research of the interior design of this farm. First, fully understand the unique features of Yiyang’s regional environment through field study. Then use the method of investigation and reference to detail record the local natural characteristics, cultural characteristics, historical customs, environmental characteristics of suburban farmhouse, people’s cultural values and the surrounding environment etc. After the previous thorough careful investigation and study period,summarize the characteristics and shortcomings of the Saibao farm’s existing outdoor environment, and then search for the basic interior design elements and design inspiration through comparative analysis.In the space functional division,add the dining area and leisure waiting area of the outdoor platform to carry on the reasonable layout of indoor deck, cashier, kitchen and toilet. The interior design is based on the inheritance of the regional culture, the innovation of the space design and the sustainable development of the leisure farm,and combine the unique local bamboo, Anhua Heicha, Taojiang Leicha, the paintings of the art college’s students, embroidery art as the base of the farm’s interior decoration.The beautiful soft indoor decoration are in accordance with the overall cultural atmosphere of dining space.For example the balcony of tea culture is based on Yiyang black tea,using exquisite arts and paintings about tea culture to decorate the walls;One wall of the balcony was designed into the form of the whole hand painted wall;The bathroom entrance curtain is a small blue and white cloth, and the outside wall hungs three decorative plates;There are traditional brocades,old photos of Huilong mountain etc on the back wall of the balcony.The soft decoration design can be seen everywhere.Through the innovative design of the case, arouse the consumers’ freshness to leisure farm dining space, enhance the economic income of the operators and explore the design for Yiyang Saibao leisure farm,which can meet the requirements of the upgrading of the original farm, to achieve the purpose of sustainable development.
