Guided By The Concept Of "Humanization" Residential Interior Flexible Design Research

Since the 21st century, with the urbanization in china is accelerating, urban residential density is becoming higher and higher, our country’s urban construction has moved into a new phase.As the major family living pattern of China, Multifamily Housing is experiencing the change from the increase of quantities to quality improvement, the improvement of residential interior design is the key factor to realize the transformation, However, there is a widespread form of urban residential interior design in recent years the contradiction between copy and people diversification and personalized needs, The contradiction between residential interior certainty and people demand variability.The residential interior design principle is based on people-oriented, connotation of humanized,residential interior flexible design which is proposed in this paper is based on the deep understanding of the concept of "humanization"and the existing residential interior design can’t meet the demand of people themselves, life style and family structure changes,that means,residential interior flexible design is the result of the concept of "humanization". The main subject in this paper is how to design a variability, adaptability residential interior of the "one room is multi-purpose" to meet for the population expansion, resource shortage and environmental degradation.Firstly, through the Chinese and Western related to the flexible design theory and cases were collected,provide a general historical background and theoretical basis for residential interior flexible design proposed in this paper provides; Then,this article is about the definition and explain at the concept and scope of humanity and residential interior flexible design, and points out that the research emphasis of the article is the residential interior secondary design, it is a sublimation of interior design, is a process of interactive design between designers and residents, mainly by designers in the design of residential interior reserved room for growth, for the residents can according to their own needs change in the future and designed for the various elements of residential interior design, so to say, residential interior flexible design make the residential interior becomes more humanization;And then through the analysis of the change of one’s own demand and the dynamic nature of home, and aiming at the problem of the Urban Multifamily Housing interior design, put forward the necessity and feasibility of guided by the concept of "humanization" residential interior flexible design, and through domestic and foreign-related cases be explained, make the article more persuasive,break through the limitations of the early flexible design in the study of structure only, and on this basis,more comprehensive system for the various elements of residential interior,including space, function,decoration,pipeline structure, and physical environment and so on, aim at the residential interior secondary design, tentatively summarized out the ways in which the existing economic conditions, using the current material and technical means, under the condition of no or only a small amount of structural flexibility, method and the general principle of residential interior flexible design with practical operability;Finally, the article points out several realistic problems faced by residential interior flexible design in concluding remarks, and for the application prospect of guided by the concept of "humanization" residential interior flexible design analysis and thinking.
