With the quality education advocated and implemented, the theory of quality education in our country is becoming more and more mature, in order to match with the quality education in the development of the current classroom space design need more to adapt to the cultivation of students’ comprehensive quality, the quality of education in our country most of the classroom space is far from being able to meet students needs to achieve quality education.Throughout the domestic and foreign educational philosophy in the development, from the transformation of the examination oriented education to quality education and the relation between open education and quality education, development trend of contemporary primary education philosophy, to our primary school classroom space. Through consulting data, investigation and practice, field analysis, questionnaire, interview and other methods, the paper focuses on the current situation of primary school classroom space. Analysis of the concept of quality education in China’s education and teaching mode, the needs of teachers and students in today’s classroom space there are many contradictions. Summarize the existing problems, summarize the main points of the space design of the quality education, and divide the primary school classroom into two types of classroom space, independent type and group type.Finally, according to the principle of re design of the independent classroom space, the practice of the spatial transformation of primary school classrooms in Jinhua Zhejiang normal school. The creation of classroom space atmosphere, the rich teaching equipment and the division of functional areas, classroom space is conducive to stimulate the innovation of teaching methods to promote the development of quality education.
