| In current, environment problem is increasingly serious. The environmental consciousness of mankind is gradually awakening. The needs of user is no longer limited to traditional functional requirements, requirements for environmental performance are also increasing. Only through product green design and grasping the user’s environment performance requirements, manufacturers can seize this opportunity, then take the advantage of the market.In this paper, the full life cycle generalized user is divided into consumer, collaborative user and manage user, and present a method for obtaining the generalized user environment requirement. Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and the user survey method are used to calculate the importance degree of the user’s environmental requirements. After getting the importance degree of the user’s environmental requirements, this paper forecast the variation tendency of importance degree of requirements by a belief Markov model, and the variation tendency is weighted to the importance of the generalized user requirements. Based on improved QFDE, the user’s environment requirements are mapped to product design requirements of environmental performance. Using rough number of rough set, the mapping of environmental performance design requirements to the structural unit is realized. According to different priorities, the evolution of the product structure unit under the changing environment requirements is divided into three types:replacement, change material and part structure evolution. On the basis of the establishment of the part structure model, three methods of the part structure evolution operation are proposed, and a method for the reconstruction of part structure is presented. The genetic algorithm is used as the solution algorithm. Using life cycle assessment method to compare the environmental impact of product structure evolution before and after evolution, and using it as a way to measure the effectiveness of the structure evolution of the product under the change of environmental requirements. Finally, the method is verified by the example of dishwasher. |
