Electric power industry is the first basic industry of the national economy. It is the basic industry of the national economy and the people’s livelihood. In the thirty years of reform and opening up, China’s electric power industry has been developing rapidly. Power engineering project is a typical representative of the power distribution network project. With the increase of the number of power projects, the risk of distribution network project gradually highlights. Compared with foreign counterparts, China’s distribution network project risk management capabilities to be improved. Although there are many theoretical circles on the research of power engineering risk, the risk management research based on the distribution network project is still lacking, which needs further research.In this paper based on the project management maturity theory, combined with the Delphi method and fuzzy comprehensive method, analytic method, qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis combination method, and project management, risk management, project evaluation theory, the theory of the of Kangbashi distribution network project risk management.In this paper, first of all, from the perspective of the construction project risk management research status at home and abroad, respectively introduces the project risk, risk management related theory, introduced the concept of the risk management of distribution network. This chapter will kangbashi distribution network project risk management maturity model for phase 3 d model, the first dimension is the key risk factors, it includes eight key risk factors for distribution network project. The second dimension is the risk management elements, it contains five elements:risk management risk management strategy, risk management, risk management culture, risk management, risk information system. The third dimension is the project stage of maturity level, including five risk management maturity levels:the initial stage, the repeatable level, management level, precise management and continuous improvement. The fuzzy hierarchy comprehensive evaluation method is introduced into the distribution network of project risk management, project risk management for distribution network provides the theory basis of science evaluation. According to the actual situation of Kangbashi new nanjiao line 5 project, analyses the situation of the project risk, according to the distribution network project risk evaluation index system and risk evaluation, then put forward the corresponding risk coping strategies.In this paper, by studying the distribution network project risk management, for the electric power industry is engaged in the distribution network project risk management to provide reference and reference.
