In recent years, with the rapid development of the national economy, the people’s demand for electricity continues to increase, power grid construction as an important part of the energy distribution, is an important part of the power industry. Implementation of grid security and stable operation is to ensure that the living standard of the people, to improve the urban functions, power grid construction entered a period of rapid development, it is imperative to accelerate the construction of power grids, thus put forward the higher requirement to the management of power transmission project. And power grid project itself has huge investment, low investment returns, land acquisition difficult, eqiupment cost large proportion, high technical difficulty, take part in the main, and complex relationships, external interference factors and other characteristics, which determines the power grid project progress will be by many factors, so throughout the project implementation process, must pay attention to the progress management, good at identifying, progress on influence factors analysis, to strengthen the management and control.First of all, this paper combined with the existing literature on power transmission and transformation project schedule management and its influencing factors of learning research of the current control methods at home and abroad, summed up the power transmission and transformation project schedule management of power grid construction, the meaning and significance of the main research content of this article to understand the power transmission and transformation project management problems, identify to analyze its influence factors and its influence factors are controlled, and briefly expounds the article USES the research method and technical route.Then, this paper introduces the project management, schedule management related theory, which explains in detail the concept of projects and project management, basic characteristics, the concept and the necessity, the project schedule of project management for the project schedule management ability is one of the core competence of enterprise project management, for the control to the project schedule have a crucial impact on the success or failure of project management. The content of the project progress management and its influence factors, through the analysis of the factors affecting construction schedule management, strengthen the control of project schedule, processing of the various relations of coordinate construction, project actual time limit for a project can control in the construction of the period stipulated in the contract scope, to aclueve the overall goal of construction of the project.On the basis of theory of, especially in the face of in modern power engineering of large scale and complex content of the project, can draw lessons from the management experience of less, in the process of many uncertain factors, multiple stakeholders, and many other factors,many factors to affect the progress of the methods were introduction and analysis, combined with the influence of power transmission project schedule management of a variety of factors, qualitative characteristics, and the corresponding control methods.By selecting experts forecast method and brainstorming method for power transmission and transformation project progress, this paper analyzes the factors which influence on factors affecting the selection of the corresponding control method.Finally, based on a 220 kv substation project as an example, based on the theory of project management, elaborates the factors affecting the progress, analysis, and put forward the corresponding countermeasures, to may affect the project implementation of the factor to carry on the forecast, based on the evaluation and identification, adjust in time, effectively cope with the project schedule and project schedule control. In view of the various influence factors, puts forward the corresponding measures to control the progress of the projects to ensure the project under the premise of CRD to achieve the goal set time limit for a project, provide enough power for the development of the region’s economic security, greatly improves the reliability of power supply in the region. To ensure the rationalization of the engineering construction, also for the region in the future the project progress management of power transmission and transformation project provides a certain reference.
