The wind energy is by far the most massive value clean and renewable energy has become the most mature alternative energy.With the rapid development of wind power, how to realize the maximum utilization of wind energy, the key lies in the reasonable selection of wind farm supporting wind power generation equipment, and according to the relative position of equipment layout optimization of different wind generator, so as to realize the optimization and utilization of wind energy resources.The selection of wind turbine is the results of a number of factors and overall optimization of multi-index. The selection of wind turbine need not only considering the site topography and wind resources characteristics, but also through analysis the technical and economic indexes, so that the equipments can make full use of wind resources, to achieve the optimal use of energy.The paper firstly selected the hub of the wind speed and wind frequency function of the Weibull distribution for different rated wind speed of wind power generator, which is regarded as the more scientific and accurate wind turbine selection method.Secondly, in order to verify the economy and the economic indicators -- once electric investment, which can be reaction the investment point of wind farm construction.Finally, taking a certain area under construction of large-scale wind farm as an example to verify the effectiveness of the method and steps of selection and arrangement principle, then analysis and comparison the adjacent area of wind farms on the wake interference to electric field, and calculation the electric grid electricity situation.
