| The work of post-evaluation for windfarm has important significance for the construction and development of windfarm. There exist problem in the actual power generation disagrees with the design value at present. Many factors may lead to this situation, but the design cause of the windfarm is the important one. A post-evaluation research according to a windfarm in Northern China are studied in this paper. In the research, a post-evaluation system of windfarm is constructed, and a Sieving Optimized Vector Average Method is proposed for improve the statistical accuracy of wind direction data. According to the research and analysis comparing of different index of windfarm, the difference between the design and the fact are deeply understand, and some problems in windfarm design are found out. The research results has an important effect on windfarm design optimization. |
