Its power consumption is about 30% of auxiliary power consumption, energy saving in the current environment, the induced draft fan energy consumption becomes more important, so this elimination margin for the blower of the study. Axial flow fans cited internal fluid is a more complex three-dimensional viscous flow, and its liquidity situation has a direct impact on their respective performance indicators, therefore, the study of the flow characteristics inside the fan is very important. Currently, the use of FLUENT software technology to become a scientific and comprehensive analysis of the fan means internal flow field, it can more accurately simulate and calculate the fan’s performance, you can also describe the internal flow of the law, such as changes in pressure and velocity field.In this paper, axial suction fan of a power plant 600MW unit as a reference study, the first in the field of wind turbine prototype entity mapping, the use of CAD drawing software be constructed three-dimensional model, and then use Gambit good model for establishing watershed network meshing, boundary conditions set Basin and computation required.
