Flat plate solar air collector is key components of solar energy forage drying equipment,the quality and cost of dry forage directly influent on the collector performance.In this article, the working principle of the current flat plate solar air collector,With different number of spoiler collectors collection efficiency test and comparison analysis. Based on the theory of aerodynamics, vortex movement at the same time,Using CFD software, such as on a flat plate solar air collector chamber internal flow field distribution and internal energy losses of cavity internal numerical simulation analysis.On this basis,under the premise of ensuring the quality of forage grass, on a flat plate solar air collector structure is optimized to improve,improve collector performance,reduce the cost of drying.In this article, the work is as follows:l.For the same structure, spoiler quantity different flat plate solar air collector get on collection efficiency test,Study on influence quantity spoiler on the performance of the collector’s Collector Performance. The results show that, spoiler quantity and collectors collection efficiency is no monotonic relationship.2.By using CFD software,The collector chamber internal flow field distribution and energy loss of the inner cavity of simulation analysis, study turbulence threatening the collector performance comprehensive effect, and with the theory of aerodynamics, vortex sports theoretical analysis on the simulation results.3.According to the internal flow field distribution,The optimization and improvement of the internal cavity structure of the collector is put forward,reducing the drying cost and energy loss in the cavity.Through the experiment, the improved collecto collection efficiency, and exit velocity are improved.For flat plate solar air collector provided a reference for design and optimization to improve in the future.
