As new energy status in the energy strategy of constantly improve,with the deepening of the research and practice,solar collector and a further attention because of its many advantages,its research and development are also on the agenda.Solar collector is a device that converts light energy into heat energy,but at this stage of the energy conversion efficiency of solar collectors are generally is not high,only about20%,so how to optimize the collector design,the research at the core of the problem.1)Using Trace Pro software of old and new type collector area.the tube weeks simulated analysis of the heat flux.Trace Pro software is a light track based on monte carlo method(MCRT)simulation software.Based on the analysis of the simulation to compare the new and old collector area.the difference in heat flow density distribution.2)Trace Pro software are used to get the heat flux density distribution characteristics and the methods of mathematical modeling,the substance in the area.the thermal analysis.This part of the analysis is on the platform of Ansys Flotran to the heat pipe collector to 3d modeling,and the model discretization.In discretization by finite element method,on the basis of applying heat flux density,velocity,initial temperature boundary conditions,such as fluid as the analysis object,calculate the speed of the fluid,temperature,pressure change with spatial distribution.3)Research on the collector pipe,the collector pipe hot-structure coupling analysis is established.Using finite element numerical simulation method in the Ansys platform,collector pipe the circumferential direction of the heat flux as the main variables of slot type solar heater thermal collectors to heat-structure coupling analysis.The above research results will have research and development and design of new type collectors to provide certain theoretical guidance.
