With the rapid development of China’s switch electrical industry, the demand for busbar bending machine is also rapidly increasing, which means that increasingly fierce competition among the busbar bending machine manufacturers, most of the domestic manufacturers still produce the traditional busbar bending machine with open-loop control. In order to enhance market competitiveness,busbar bending machine design with high precision and high efficiency are gradually referred to the agenda.This paper studies busbar bending machine positional accuracy in the processing, and design a complete control scheme to improve the bending accuracy.KMW427J hydraulic bending machine which is produced by company of Kun kai dedicated CNC equipment for the experimental prototype bus reference,copper bus plate material as experimental material, by bending the bus during springback mechanism analysis to develop test programs, write PLC control program. Grating feet is mounted on bending mechanism of die as feedback device of real-time position on die,and grating feet is used to acquire die stroke displacement,then direct feedback to the PLC,finally, the displacement of the digital obtained by PLC is used to control start and stop.Data acquisition card is used to acquire analog of displacement pressure in bending process for data processing and analysis, by calling Matlab cubic spline function of the difference between the data operation, and draw bending process of displacement, velocity, acceleration, pressure Graph. Analysis the bus Rebound law in the process of bending.control scheme of Bending system utilizes a programmable controller (PLC) as the control center. In this paper, in addition to the basic control program,the PID control algorithm also is joined,which will be improved,making control bus bending machine systems more effective, through matlab simulation to adjust the parameters of PID fix the optimal control parameters.Through the introduction of PID control algorithm can achieve better control during the feed displacement of process.Bending machine control system is designed by this article can be debugged, because of the function of the control system perfect and the system stable, a single busbar bending angle can meet the bus industry precision requirements in high-voltage electrical cabinet completely,and the control system greatly improve the machining accuracy and productivity bus.
