China in2003on the development of smart grid presents clear goals and planning, including power generation, transmission, substation, distribution, electricity, scheduling6links. The intelligent substation, transmission and distribution part is very important. As an important part of intelligent substation, is mainly responsible for power transmission and distribution tasks in GIS (gas insulated metal-enclosed switchgear) intelligent and components be imperative.Because the GIS component is more, this paper gives the basic function should have a GIS bus intelligent, and focuses on how to implement the intelligent GIS bus is studied, the design. GIS bus is an important element in current carrying GIS, undertake together into the line current, the important function of distribution line current. The existing GIS main lines are basically adopts three-phase tube technology, the structure is complex, and the running state can not be real-time monitoring. This paper describes the design of intelligent GIS main line, is studied from the aspects of the main structure, on-line monitoring. The conductive contact connected to adopt new technology of spring contact fingers connected, simplifies the connection. State monitoring, an important parameter on the reliability of GIS bus is selected, the on-line monitoring of SF6gas density. The working principle of the gas density online monitoring, on each module design. Signal acquisition and selection of new integrated sensor with high sensitivity, resistance to corrosive gases, embedded processor, the data processing has the advantages of small size, high performance. The sensor signal acquisition by A/D conversion, enter the CPU, display, in accordance with the standard format, upload to the network, for protection, measuring background.Based on the study GIS bus intelligent monitoring, based on the analysis of the bus monitor key objects and monitoring features, detailed description of the SF6pressure sensors, temperature sensors, embedded processors, and other key spring conductive finger function of the device to study the bus the main structure, on-line monitoring of the system requirements and design ideas. Based on the work of the above, a combination of physical testing, the software has completed the design and operation of the bus GIS online monitoring design.
