| Based on the update project of Fengman Power Plant's busbar protection,the principle of bus protection of REB500 is introduced,and the application of REB500 in Fengman,the technical improvement were expatiated in detail.A set of experimentation to verify the performance of busbar protection is summarized.Several particular processing modes for complex bus failure were analyzed in detail.The practiced operation and application indicated that the system configuration of the REB500 not only meet the request for station's automatization in complex busbar connection,but also have more powerful self checking function,less maintenance request,fewer false operation caused by operator.
