In modern industrial production tend to be the pursuit of high efficiency. But if a failure occurs with the production of machinery and equipment, it will significantly reduce the company’s production efficiency and even cause more accidents. These incidents have occurred at home and abroad over. Therefore, all companies must regularly test its performance and predict its life on a variety of machinery and equipment used in the production so as to make better use of the machinery and equipment for industrial production and reduce accidents.Stirling engine testing platform project is based on the Xi’an Aero Engine Co., Ltd. We will acquire and analyze the vibration, temperature signal at the surface of the engine which will help us with extraction operation state of the engine, So as to a number of feature amounts of vibration signals and temperature signals. They also do good for situation performance and life situation. And then the vibration characteristics of simulation by Simulink modeling will provides more information for further support for this article.In this paper, we choose the integrated piezoelectric vibrating conveyor CZ861 as the vibration sensor signals and a magnetic sensor PT100 as the temperature sensor. We select the PCI-1716 high-speed synchronous as the data acquisition card and the IPC-610L master controller. They all are ADVANTECH company’s products. At the same time select RS485 serial communication interface as the data transmission channel. These choices aim at achieving remote communication among the lower computer, the IPC and the host PC.Secondly, it can realize the real-time measurement and control by operating on a host PC, and it also can realize real-time display of measurement data which are collected by the next crew. Then we combine the corresponding functions of the main controller IPC with MATLAB computing capabilities to analyze those real time vibrations, temperature signal of Stirling engine. We also can apply the knowledge of signal analysis which has learned before to analyze those signals which have been collected from various quarters in amplitude domain, a series of processing time domain, frequency domain and wavelet packet analysis domain.Finally, we propose suggestions for Stirling engine condition monitoring and performance life guidance through the analysis of experimental data and simulation analysis of vibration system for follow-up study.
