| The construction of interactive business hall is an important means to achieve the novel two-way interaction on power flow, information flow and business flow between power supply enterprise and customers. It is an important approach to effective enhances supply service level and establishes a corporate brand value. The construction work should base on the effective interactive supporting technology. This paper do the research and analysis in aspects of related technologies, hardware and management software. Aintegrated application system has been developed which is suitable for interactive construction, quality customer service and unified operation and management.This paper analyzes the WEB service communication techonology, object oriented technology and RFID technology for interactive service, equipment communication and information integration. The design method on smart business terminal, novel queue evaluation equipment and identification device has been proposed. The management software for interactive business hall service has been developed. The comprehensive interactive service system of business hall has been constructed based on the device and software above.The research achievements of this paper have been applied in the construction of interactive business hall in Tianjin Eco-City and unified operation and management on business hall of Tianjin. The high reliability, high availability and high maintainability of system have been indicated after the uninterrupted operation. A certain economic and social benefits obtained by power enterprise. Meanwhile, the customer service levels and brand value have been improved by the research result. |
