Design And Implementation Of Integrated Service Platform For Power Intelligent Business Hall

With the rapid development of the national economy and Internet technology,automation,informatization,and intelligence have gradually replaced the original procedural,systematic,and structured,and gradually changed people’s lives and work.The construction and development of smart grids provide a fast way for users to quickly understand the electricity business and electricity usage.In order to improve the service quality of the business hall and better understand the needs of customers,the intelligent business hall integrated service platform monitors the window services and intelligent terminal services of the business hall and forms the basis for the evaluation and assessment of the business hall,and conducts the assessment of the service quality of the business hall.Real-time statistics and post-event analysis provide a quantifiable data reference for the improvement of the service efficiency of the business hall and further promote the continuous improvement of marketing quality.The integrated service platform of the intelligent business hall is divided into four functional modules.The operation and maintenance management function are mainly responsible for the management of the relevant data of the business hall;the business processing is mainly to process the forms submitted by the electricity customers on the terminal;The relevant data of the business hall is mined and analyzed,and the service quality of the business hall is displayed in the form of charts;the customer analysis function is mainly to analyze the customer through the business and evaluation of the customer in the business hall;at the same time,perform non-functional analysis to determine the feasibility of economy,technology,management,and operation provides a basis for the design and implementation of the system.The key technologies used in the system implementation process include: the system uses the Spring framework as the system server-side framework and the B/S architecture mode as the system structure;uses Echarts charts to display monitoring and analysis data;uses mainstream Oracle databases to store data;front-end Use mainstream Vue framework to implement client interface and simple logic processing.Finally,the functional modules of the system were tested,and the test results reached the goals set in the requirement analysis stage.
