In our country, with the development of the high speed railway, the scale of the load on the electric railway increases rapidly, which causes a lot of problems in the quality of electric energy, such as harmonic component, reactive power and the negative sequence component of the current and the voltage. This paper studies the quality of the electric energy aimed at the current situation in China. The cause of the quality problem and the influence to the state grid are discussed in the paper. It mainly focuses on the governance of the harmonic component, the reactive power and the technology on how to monitor and control the quality in time. At the same time, to pursue the pace of the development of high-speed railway in China, the establishment of the load system platform high-speed train has the vital significance.Firstly, based on the CRH2 railway, this paper gives a discussion on the work and the control of the three-level pulse rectifier and the inverter. The mathematic models of the rectifier and the inverter are constructed. The former one is based on the SPWM control method. The later one is based on the SVPWM control method. When space vector control is used, the decision of the section and the time of the action time in each one have to be considered to get the corresponding formula. After that, the model is simulated on the basis of the CRH2 circuit parameter and the key module. The total harmonic distortion is not serious, but there is higher harmonic.Secondly, the influence of the quality of electric energy on the high speed railway is analyzed based on the practical engineering. The effect on the traction substation on the Daliuzhuang of the Zhenxu passenger transport line is counted after the service of the high speed railway by PS ASP in the matter of the dissymmetry and the harmonic of the load.Besides that, a scheme is designed on the in time detection of the current from the abating device in the high speed railway. The principle and the relative merits of the detection are briefly introduced. The focus is on the most used ip-iq method, which is based on the instantaneous reactive power theory. The method can decompose the fundamental wave signal, harmonic signals and the reactive power signal. The single phase locked loop is used in order to follow the phase of the voltage on the grid, which is a great problem when the system changes. It is the key to the solution of the quality of electric energy on the high speed railway. The PLL can lock the phase in time when the voltage of the system contains the high harmonics. The algorithm is proved on the simulation on the MATLAB/Simulink.Then the PWM control of the APF used in the eliminating device is introduced in detail based on the simulation. In preparation for use of the PWM control used in the APF in the high speed, the existing controls are introduced. The APF control based on the repetitive control is analyzed from the transfer function to prove the feasibility of the solution on quality of electric energy specially on the harmonics. The treatment scheme is proved by the simulation on MATLAB/Simulink.At last, to facilitate the study of the governance of the load of high-speed train,develop a set of high-speed train load system. The system is based on Microsoft Visual Studio.NET platform and Microsoft SQL Server database, including the query of data, the types of locomotives, the governance of system Settings.
