In recent years,for the arc furnace steel-making technology in the economic advantages of industrial production,the use of AC arc furnace has been increasing on Industrial production.Its capacity of a single-phase is bigger and bigger.The interference of arc furnace of power supply system has become more prominent.And therefore,based on the power quality analysis of electric arc furnace system,it is of great social and economic significance and academic research value to carry out the research of power supply side harmonic suppression strategy.First,in order to reflect power quality problems caused by electric arc furnace on the power supply side,a dynamic modeling method is presented.By comparing simulation results with the measured data and the corresponding waveform,we can fully verify the reasonableness of the new hybrid modeling and it can provide a basis for the study of the power quality analysis and arc furnace harmonic governance.Second,to improve the performance of hybrid active filter and reduce the wasting of active power and power resources,the new idea of low-loss hybrid active filter is put forward combined with different characteristics of the arc furnace smelting stage.In the beginning of smelting period of electric arc furnace,the series resonant injection hybrid active power filter(SRITHAPF)is added.And injection active power filter is added to take the harmonic control task when the arc furnace is smelted until the reduction period.The operating mechanism of new hybrid active power filter and the impact current in switch are analyzed;the harmonic suppression result is testified through the simulation results and the theoretical calculations.The test shows that the excellent filtering characteristic of the new wave filter with changeable construction is performed well and the fundamental loss is reduced to improve the operating efficiency.Finally,taking into the problem of traditional detection method,an ip-iq harmonic detection method is improved.This method can reduce the computation and get rid of the phase-locked loop.At the same time,the low-pass filter is replaced with an optimized filter to replace.The experimental results indicate that the improved ip-iq method compensate of harmonic current accurately.
