Research On Cost Control Of Construction Project Of SJ Company In Yunnan

Under the nowadays market economy environment, the low cost competition already became the most preponderant competition method of architectural engineering construction enterprises. The cost control of construction project is of great significance to the construction enterprise’s survival and development. The cost control work of construction engineering project is not only for the construction project of the organization, planning, coordination and control, also includes the construction enterprise to establish consummates control system and management system of cost control, controls the activity cost management, strengthen cost consciousness, develop and implement management measures and other activities.This thesis use the literature analysis, case analysis and field research methods, take the construction project cost control as the theme and Yunnan SJ company as an example, expounding the theory Foundation of construction project cost control, analyzed the cost control status and problems of construction project for Yunnan SJ company, and analyzed the existence question origin; finally, proposed the cost control countermeasures of construction project for Yunnan SJ company. The purpose of this thesis is through the research, to provide guidance and help to the cost control practice of construction project for Yunnan SJ company, and to provide reference for other construction enterprises.
