Nowadays,because the unique advantages of corrugated steel plate bridge is more and more obvious,this kind of bridge has started to be used on a large scale in the highway engineering construction.China has carried out related technical research on single cross corrugated steel bridge,with the wide application of corrugated steel structures in the field of highway,the application of the corrugated steel arch bridge in the highway engineering is increasing gradually,but the research on the overall stability and seismic response of the multi cross corrugated steel plate arch bridge is seldom studied.In order to expand the height and breadth of the research and application fields of the project,and to lift the position of multi cross corrugated steel plate arch bridge in the design field.It is necessary to carry out the research on the overall stability and seismic response of the multi cross corrugated steel plate arch bridge.This paper took Sihong to Xuchang a three cross corrugated steel plate arch bridge as an example,through the finite element software midas FEA,established the finite element numerical analysis model of multi cross corrugated steel plate arch bridge to study on stability and mechanical properties under earthquake of corrugated steel plate arch bridge.Firstly,this paper relys on a multi cross corrugated steel plate arch bridge in Huaibei Anhui section of Sihong to Xuchang expressway as an example,and establish the finite element numerical analysis model.At the same time,the stress value under different vehicle loads is analysised,which is compared with the field measured data to verify the accuracy of the model.The results show that the results of the model calculation conform to the law of the field experiment and the calculation results meet the requirements.Secondly,relying on the existing stability analysis theory,the overall stability of multi cross corrugated steel plate arch bridges are analyzed and studied.And structural instability features and path is solved,meanwhile, this paper has also studied the factors affecting its stability.And the influence of the thickness of the overburden, the span of the span and the shape of the corrugated steel plate on the stability of the bridge is analysised.Thirdly,according to the existing seismic theory,this paper selects the appropriate seismic wave and response spectrum on the basis of the bridge site,and the bridge direction, transverse direction, vertical direction and three direction load conditions are considered.The stress displacement response of the bridge under different working conditions is studied.And the calculation results of the two methods are compared.According to the analysis results, the seismic response characteristics of the steel corrugated plate arch bridge are presented to provide a theoretical reference for the design of the multi cross steel corrugated bridge.According to the analysis results, the seismic response (displacement, stress) of the arch foot is the largest for the same arch.For different arch, both sides near the abutment more prone to damage.In this paper, the law and its influencing factors of stability and the performance of response under earthquake of the multi cross corrugated steel plate arch bridges is solved,which can provide a theoretical reference for the design, construction and quality acceptance of the multi cross corrugated steel plate arch bridges.
