| With the continual development of logistics technology, especially as the representative of a new generation of applications and the constant development of logistics equipment, the Large-scale storage shelves has greatly changed the traditional model of logistics, and it has the advantages of saving land, reducing labor intensity, eliminating the error, and improving the storage automation level, effectively reduce the backlog of funds flow, improve the logistics efficiency and many other advantages which has become the important technical equipment in modern logistics industry. As a kind of mass customization products, Large-scale storage shelves is entirely in accordance with customer demand with the logistics strategy, warehouse storage size and material specifications and other conditions to design is taken into account. The existing design method, the existence of individual needs, design workload, long design cycle, experience design and design knowledge messy design reusability lead to the logistics equipment enterprises can’t quickly respond to market demand, therefore, they urgently need a set of intelligent enabling tool to improve the efficiency and the rack design quality, accelerate the pace of business innovation, rapidly response to market demand, improve our country logistics equipment enterprises market competition.In view of the above problems, the existing Large-scale storage shelves design patterns and methods of in-depth is researched and analyzed, and the agile design of large-scale storage shelves design model is putted forward in this paper. The agile design system of large-scale storage shelves is developed base on the comprehensive application of case based reasoning intelligent design technology, Rapid design technology based on knowledge management, Modular design technology. The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1) The agile design system architecture and function division is given. The rack configuration design knowledge base is established based on mechanical tests of key components such as experimental data warehouse rack design knowledge expression mode.(2) This paper researched rack agile design technology based on CBR, presents the intelligent reasoning model of similarity algorithm and weight calculation model, and verified the intelligent reasoning model which is feasible and effective. At the same time, the shelves agile design system design process, architecture are also described.(3) Based on knowledge management and reuse the shelves of detailed design, given the shelves agile design process model, and conducted in-depth research and shelf design in case management, parts management. At the same time, the rack selection design is putted forward in this paper which is based on intelligent configuration selection model, and the automatic warehouse rack component module classification tree is also given. The racks of product family and its components of matter element model are discussed in this paper too, and a rack extension configuration selection process model is researched and established. The paper used an example to verify the validity of the model of module matter element model for intelligent matching algorithm.(4) In this paper, the Agile design of large-scale storage shelves system is developed based on the warehouse shelf agile design technology and its theory method, the Visual Stadio2010 platform, and SQL Server2008 tools. The main function modules of the system are described in detail. The system has been in the enterprise applications, business practice shows that the system can greatly improve the design efficiency, reduce the cost of product development, and its industry application prospect is broad. |
