Concrete pump truck is a kind of common mechanical equipment in the construction field, has incomparable advantages in terms of concrete pouring, coupled with its convenient operation, high efficiency characteristics, concrete pump truck was highly praised by many people in the industry, in the country’s infrastructure construction, accelerate play an important role in construction of our country the level of urbanization. The large market demand, coupled with the fierce competition between the industry giants and other factors, greatly accelerate the pace of upgrading of concrete pump truck. As a group of arc-shaped legs pump market for a new generation of products, not only by the delivery of a new hydraulic system, and its unique curved legs design of structure and appearance of the pump truck broke the original mindset leg structure design.The arc-shaped leg as an application in the concrete pump truck model thin-walled box structure, the buckling failure of safety and relative to the advantages and disadvantages of the traditional concrete pump front leg structure will be the focus of this paper. The advantages and disadvantages in the rollover stability on the curved legs pump, simulate the buckling failure of curved legs by validating the algorithm, failure to complete the field test of the arc-shaped leg buckling, record the experimental data, and carries on the simulation and calculation of consolidation. The consolidation of good results comparing the results of the analysis, comparison and contrast the relative deviation of the comparison includes absolute deviation, verify the reliability of the arc-shaped leg.At last, based on the buckling test and simulation calculation, the structure of the supporting leg of the pump truck is improved.
