Concrete pump truck is the abbreviation of a truck-mounted concrete pump truck, it is the machine that mounted the power plant, pumping and mixing device plant, the boom plant and other auxiliary plant on a truck chassis. Becanse of the concrete pump truck boom has retractable, rotary and other functions. At the same time, automobile chassis can self moving, transitions and has a pumping construction, flexible features. Therefore, in the modern concrete construction, the concrete pump truck is used for pumping construction work.1980s China started the production of concrete pump truck, Hubei construction machinery plant imported technology for the production of the pump from Japan, it has become the first production of concrete pump truck manufacturers in China, opened a manufacturing process of the concrete pump truck in our country. After development of more than 30 years, the concrete pump truck has matured, the technology, the manufacturing ability, the quality of the products and the global market share rate have greatly improved. Domestic large-scale infrastructure construction and the vigorous development of commodity concrete, promote the rapid development of concrete transport machinery. Domestic concrete machinery enterprises have jumped to the forefront of the world construction machinery enterprises from output value and output. The domestic market mainstream manufacturers show their technical strength, at the same time, they also invested a lot of money and effort in the light weight of the structure research and application, carbon fiber boom technology, key parts of wearable technology, boom and the complete active damping technology, system of intelligent control technology, structural fatigue research and many other key technologies, and they has made a great breakthrough. In the boom system, in recent years, the three bridge 49 meters,50 meters pump, four bridge 56 meters pump truck generally welcomed by users, and sales rose rapidly.In the pumping system, conveying cylinder’s diameter is gradually increasing trend, from the diameter of 230mm to 260 to 280 mm, at the same time, the largest theoretical pumping volume has reached 200 m3/h. Also through the use of new wear-resistant materials, new manufacturing process and new product technology, have solved the pumping system vulnerable parts wear quickly, the use of our products have a short life, wearing parts replacement too frequently and other products quality problems, and greatly improved the service life of the product. In the energy saving technology of concrete pump truck, it can automatically set matching of fuel consumption mode according to the load condition by computer, reduced the whole fuel consumption to of the pump, saved a large number of products cost for the user. In the intelligent and automation products, the automatic high-low pressure switching technology, a pump to send discharge stepless regulation technology, power matching technology, anti rollover control technology and automatic withdrawal piston technology of concrete pump conveying system has been widely used. Future, concrete pump truck will sustainable develope moving towards intelligent arm, anti rollover protection, fault diagnosis and other high intelligence and reliability.In this paper, the development of bridge 50 meters pump support member as an example. Firstly, the paper introduces the current industry in several common leg structure in the form, and one by one analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of various structural forms, and finally chose a former x pendulum outrigger structure. Then the jib fold state, full extension state of gravity were calculated calculated off part of the gravity, jib fold state vehicle gravity calculation, determine the expansion size and length of the legs. By solving the boom extended state vehicle stable circle, determine the pump before and after the span and longitudinal span. By way of graphic method,the leg maximum reaction conditions were analyzed, the maximum support of before and after leg reaction force under this condition and leg internal force analysis and shear force and bending moment calculation were analyzed, then made the shear force and bending moment diagram.Secondly, according to the known drawing and data, we used PROE to establish a three-dimensional model, imported the model into Ansys finite element analysis software, and then set the parameters of the surface model. Through the Workbench ANS YS module directly meshed the model grid. In the constraint, used the hinge point constraint to replace the chassis and the leg connection, used a piece of spring to replace the oil cylinder of the connection leg with the bottom bracket, loaded the calculated by the front leg reaction force to the vertical cylinder mounting hole, and then solved by ANSYS Workbench, the condition of the leg, the overall stress distribution nephogram and deformation nephogram and buckling cloud. Then the calculation results are analyzed, and the stress, deformation and buckling of the front and rear legs are in accordance with the requirements of product design.Then according to QC/T 718-2008 the concrete pump truck, and GB/T26409-2011 the activity type concrete pump, made the vehicle fully supported anti tipping stability test and vehicle right unilateral support anti tipping stability test and vehicle anti rollover stability test, and measured the amount of movable supporting leg lift. Record and analyze the results of the above three tests, and finally come to the conclusion: the anti rollover stability of the pump is in line with the requirements of the national standard. Structural stress test is carried out to test whether the actual stress of the supporting component meets the design requirements. A variety of different conditions were tested, and the conclusion was drawn that the stress value of each measuring point can meet the design requirements.Finally, the thesis summarizes the whole work of the paper and the experimental, the theoretical calculation, analysis software, experimental work, for future pump support member research provides a lot of theoretical basis and experimental methods, and it has been applied in practical work.
