Rotating machinery is the core of power machinery. It plays an important role in modern industry and manufacturing. It is the prerequisite for the normal operation of industrial enterprises to ensure the safe operation of this kind of machinery and equipment.With the development of computer technology, virtual instrument technology has gradually become the mainstream in the field of test and measurement. The test and analysis system based on virtual instrument technology is easy to expand, modify, open and flexible, low cost and high efficiency. LabVIEW as the most popular virtual instrument development platform, can effectively achieve the signal data acquisition, analysis, processing and storage and other functions. So, this topic is based on the LabVIEW platform and laboratory DT9837 data acquisition card, according to the characteristics of the rotor vibration signals, developed rotor vibration test and analysis system, which can be used in the on-line monitoring and off-line analysis of rotor system vibration signals. The main research contents and results are as follows:1. Based on the basic theory of digital signal analysis, aiming at the characteristics of the rotor vibration signal is closely related to speed signal, using virtual instrument test technology with respect to the advantages of traditional instrument to determine the rotor vibration signal testing and analysis system of the overall program.2. Use DT9837 four channel data acquisition card as signal acquisition hardware core, channel 4 used as vibration signal acquisition, speed channel used as speed trigger signal measurement, the speed signal is the reference signal of full period sampling of rotor vibration signal; Based on LabVIEW platform to realize rotor vibration signal on-line monitoring, analyze, record, storage and off-line analysis, printing and other functions.3. According to the characteristics of the rotor vibration signal has obvious cyclical, test system has realized the rise speed, lower speed, stable operation of the whole cycle sampling, this thesis reduces the energy leakage effectively and improves the accuracy of the rotor vibration signal analysis.4. Using the development of rotor vibration test and analysis system of the laboratory of WS-ZHT-5 type rotor test bench test measured rotor speed signal and vibration signal, this paper realizes the vibration signal acquisition, analysis and management, and other functions, also this paper converts the displacement, velocity and acceleration parameters of vibration signals and extracts the rotor vibration signal orbits and waterfall diagrams.
